1. What TrzefxPro Is

TrzefxPro is a subscription-based software platform that provides trading signals, educational content, and trading tools. By using the Service you accept these Terms.

What TrzefxPro is NOT

TrzefxPro is not a broker, exchange, wallet, money transmitter, custodian, or any kind of financial institution. We do not:

  • Hold, custody, or manage user funds
  • Process deposits or withdrawals
  • Offer wallet, exchange, or brokerage services
  • Perform KYC or identity verification on users
  • Execute trades on your behalf

All trading activity happens on your own third-party broker account, which is independent of TrzefxPro.

2. What You Get With a Subscription

  • Access to trading signals
  • Educational tools and resources
  • Access to the in-app community
  • In-app support

3. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate account information (email, name).
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • One account per person. Do not share your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are paid through our third-party payment processor on the web app.
  • We do not store your full card or payment details.
  • Your subscription unlocks access for the duration of the plan you purchased.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

5. No Refunds

All sales are final

Because access to digital content is granted immediately, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you were double-charged or experienced a technical issue on our side, contact support and we will review your case.

6. Risk Disclaimer

Trading involves risk

  • Trading carries substantial risk of loss. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
  • Signals and tools provided by TrzefxPro are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make on your own broker account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our signals or content.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful activity.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse trials or promotions.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent behavior. You may cancel and delete your account at any time from the in-app settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

TrzefxPro is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, broker downtime, third-party platform issues, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, signal strategies, and software in TrzefxPro are owned by Trzefx Business LLC. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
